Grace Roofing recently completed the conversion of our roof from thatch to iron, a project we embarked on with more than some trepidation as we would be in occupation of the house and at times exposed to the elements!
We have nothing but praise for Cliff and his expert team. The project was completed within the estimated time, there were no delays, the site was kept immaculate even though the removal of thatch is an horrendously messy business, and the quality of their work was of the highest standard.
The finished product has transformed our bushlodge type home into a totally different, elegant and upmarket residential property. The best part is that the saving in insurance of the structure and contents will pay for the conversion within a few years.
